Finally blogging this Tuscany destination wedding back in May! I have so much feeling for Allison & Joshua's intimate celebration and not enough words to describe. Forever touched by these two beautiful souls and those few days spent in Tuscany.

Alison & Joshua’s Italian Destination Wedding in Tuscany, designed by Sposiamovi

Allison is a Californian bride who moved to the U.K for her British groom Joshua after 5 years of long-distance relationship. They chose to get married in Tuscany with only immediate families, that allowed a meaningful and relaxed wedding weekend for everyone. 

In Allison's words, "We really wanted our wedding day to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible for everyone. Our whole relationship was long distance which meant lots of travelling,  expensive plane tickets and an 8 hour time difference. We just wanted a day that was  filled with love and joy with our closest family members who knew our relationship best. The location of our wedding, Camporsevoli was secluded and peaceful which we felt was perfect for our whole weekend there. The whole village was pretty much empty on our wedding day so we got to drive down all the Italian country roads all by ourselves."

Allison shared, "We both loved the vintage convertible that we got to drive around after the ceremony. Especially with the floral arrangement on the back done by our florist it felt really magical."

Allison shared, "the most memorable moment was our first dance. It was raining at that point and very windy. We didn’t actually have a sound system for outdoors so we had to blast the music from inside the villa and just open all the doors and windows. But we danced in the middle of the lawn, under the lights and with our family huddled in the corner to keep out of the rain, and it felt perfect to us."
